BPmet: You were right that we take another look at Bellarmine Prep. They have gone from a regional watch team to one that will be considered for our top 30 coming out later this week.

Big Skinny: you called it. Olympus was under-rated. They showed what they can do in Utah and now we will see if they can match that accomplishment at Nike SW. It is too bad this region only has 2 to 4 bids to work with, the competition is crazy tough.

My man Paul, Region 4 in 5A went 1,2,4,5. Olympus pulled off the upset. And Utah is the wild west of XC. Davis was third thanks to Lone Peak's monster performance from their top 3. But I do have to agree with your SW rankings. The top 5 you have there seem to have the top end speed it takes to go to Portland. SW is again going to be the region to watch.

Big Skinny: Olympus is definitely a team that could surprise at state and NXR. We had them on the watchlist in the preseason and they have not had the big win over a team ranked above them like some other teams in the Nike region. However, they did have a great race in their Utah region meet and it could be coming together for them at the right time. The Utah state meet is going to be amazing to watch!

Olympus HS (Utah 4A) perfect scored their region. Davis high school has no competition in their region and region 4 in Utah is the best in the country. The state meet will be the first time everyone faces each other and then the attention will go to NXR's toughest region. Southwest could send 4+ teams every year. Anyway that's my take on Utah. Other than that you guys are killing it as always!
